I recommend light, medium and heavy set of dumbbells. Of course, those terms are relative to you and your level of experience. Generally speaking, lower body moves can be done with heavier weights than upper body, and you want to be sure you are getting the most out of your workouts.
We occasionally use cloth bands. I'd also get a set of those. Simply google "lower body cloth bands". They usually come in a set of 3.
As far as structure, I recommend picking 3 days a week where you will complete the 3 strength workouts.
You can cycle through the 3 given in that month or pick from any strength workout from previous months. Then, on your "off" strength day, I would pick a cardio and mobility workouts to do (depends on your schedule).
Cardio-The key is to get your heart rate up 1-2 days a week. These are around 15 minutes.
Mobility is NOT just stretching. It's actually a form of strength training. It strengthens your joints, connective tissue, and your muscles at end-range of motion 1-2 days a week of mobility is great to keep joints and connective tissue working well for movement!
